I don't understand the law enough to comprehend whether he is playing their game or not. Didn't they deny access, then miss a deadline after it was then demanded? Now he's going to wait until next week to meet with Wray just to get denied again, after the slow walking, after ignoring the subpeona? If this was the left they would have just had the guy arrested with cameras everywhere, perp walked him, and locked him up in the worst setting possible. Make them play by their rules.
