As much as I dislike Trump (I don't think either he or Biden are good choices for POTUS), the idea that the way to protect against a supposed "threat to American democracy" is to deny the voters the opportunity to democratically choose one of the candidates, seems like such an obvious contradiction.
This sums up just about all American policy.
