You obviously don’t watch hockey. Stamkos has captained 2 Stanley Cup winning teams and lost in the finals twice. He obviously knows how to get there.
Marchessault won the cup in 2023 and also won the Conn Smythe. Skjei is a very good high scoring defenseman with plenty of playoff experience.
Add to that, Ryan O’Reilly winning the cup and Conn Smythe in 2019.
Josi is arguably top 3 defenseman in the league. Saros is a great goalie, top 5 in the league.
Forsberg scored nearly 50 goals this year and Nyquist was a point per game player.
A bunch of the players remain there that made the finals in 2017. To say it takes guts and it’s a whole different level is right. They added that to the team and the experience the players already have there will obviously help. To write them off shows your lack of knowledge.
