True. And the thought crossed my mind, but there's no way to stage something like this.

Damnit, I tried to edit the link to Twitter but it's not embedding. There's an interesting interview from a guy on BBC who saw the shooter climb the roof and police didn't know what to do. Secret Service should have had the roof cleared.
