With the player turnover the way it is in CFB it's hard to make accurate predictions, but I'm going to go out on a limb and say the PAC-12 is basically a two team race thia year. Oregon State and Washington State.

Five highest ranked conference champions, and the next seven highest ranked teams get spots in the 12-team bracket. No guaranteed spots for conferences, but given how rankings work, a few will be getting auto bids.
