Planning on making a soap for charity and need your help. We make high quality handmade soap and would love to use our business and TMMAC brothers to give back. We’ll give 100% of the sales on the soap to charity. If we sell 60 bars, we’ll donate $600 to an TMMAC approved charity. If anyone wants to support us by buying something else along with it, you’re welcome but it’s not necessary. Doing so will make you smell better and be far sexier though, plus it will allow us to do this again.

This started a while ago on the OG and the response has been fantastic. I’m so proud to be a part of this group of sweaty deviants. I had lurked the UG/OG for many years when TMMAC started and in that time, I’ve seen our community come together for people in need more times than I can count. I decided life is too short not to do something bigger to help.

A standard slab mold makes 24 pounds of soap, which is 60 bars. Artisan handmade soap takes about two months to make (it cures for four to six weeks), so I need to determine what the interest level is so we know how much to make. I will make as much soap as there’s interest for.

We decided on a color and scent on the OG but now we need to come up with a name. The original name was OG(re) Death March. It was a joke that proved prophetic, unfortunately. That said, there will likely be at least a few bars left going to people outside this sexy bunch. So I can’t get too crazy with the name. That said, it’ll be a limited edition with a special label and a dedication to best community I’ve ever been a part of.

I’ll keep a list here of members who want to be a part of this and how many bars. Once the soap is done curing, inventoried, labeled, and ready for sale I’ll let the members who signed up know so they have access before anyone else. Once those are all accounted for, I’ll open it up to anyone else that’s interested from our community. Lastly, I’ll open it up to the rest of our customers if there’s any left.

For clarity you are buying one or more bars of high quality, handmade soap. Every penny from those soaps will go to charity. If we make and sell 120 bars, I will donate $1,200 to the charity this community chooses. We have fair flat rate shipping, or free shipping with a minimum order.

Stay tuned for updates.

In again - the more outrageous or outlandish, the better - I’ll tell my wife it was for charity - lol

I did but a pair or orange Nikes for a cancer charity, that she thinks are garish, but they are quite stylish IMO

The color we settled on is OD Green. It suits the community, it’s a color we’ve never used before, and it works with the scent. The scent is a warm, subtle woodsy scent similar to our Southern Gentleman that myself and some of our OG brothers really enjoy. It makes wives, girlfriends, and the old lady at the post office give you that “I want that hog” look.

As for the name, we can discuss it here but I was leaning toward OG Green. It obviously fits the look of the soap but gives a nod to where it all began. Happy to hear what you guys think. Names that are awesome but didn’t make the cut:

Hog Wash, It Cleans Your Cock and Balls, Damn That Smells Good, and Uncle Seamus’ Big Balls Beer Belly Scrub.

What is your source of tallow/fat?

You doing Fight Club stuff?

I would buy a few bars
We use various fats for different recipes. We do have some tallow soaps. The standard ones we use for new soaps are high oleic sunflower oil, coconut oil, cocoa butter, Shea butter, avocado oil, and castor oil.

Many of our soaps in stock include olive oil.

Please let me know how many to put you down for.

Do you have a link/site to see examples?

Lady made soap at home, it was actually really good
tallow that we rendered outside in a crock pot

Our business started with my wife making soap for fun. She’s a try-hard like me with a bunch of letters after her name and a chemistry background, so she was determined to be really good at it. When we’d share it with friends, they loved it and insisted we start selling it. It has evolved and gotten even better over the years.

Bawauna Bath & Body

How do I post a link that includes a thumbnail/preview?

If I get a vote, I’d go with ‘fuck cancer’ or some derivative since that resonates with everyone

Nice Website and Nice Soap, I saw some interesting stuff on there
Can confirm.

One of the soap bars lasts a while too. I've still got a few days left on the first bar. Probably 20 days of daily showering per bar? Give or take I guess.

Smells good all day.

The balms are good too.

I'm here for the same 3

Btw that pine tar was awesome but it's absolutely not a daily soap lol. I love it, I smell like I've been up drinking Lagavulin 16 and smoking meats all night. It's awesome. But wasn't the best scent for church lol.
