Can't do a class action to start off. I'm using my employers benefit (I get comped & discounted rates and hours) for this to start. If it goes far enough to end up in court, I'll get a reduced hourly rate. If it goes class action, the benefit no longer applies & full hourly rate (think it's $450/hr) is instated.
