Inspector says 16x16
Seems 16x16 is the only thing that seems to work on this version, it gives you an option for a 32x32 and 64x64 but the display is all wrong. Plus there doesn't appear to be a direct upload button, it's all by URL. So I uploaded them to my flickr account and just gave wild the links to test with, probably why the transparency was lost.
The Alex Jones custom emoji is a little bigger than the rest. Even the regular size emoji in text body throws off line formatting.
Drunk & wtf are essentially the same, a confused type emoji would be better.
Informative & Useful were essentially the same, except everything is "informative" so it's pointless or essentially a way to refuse to engage further, where as 'useful' despite being mocked by long-gone members, was a positive "informative +", which completes the intent.
Agree sould stay forever, whereas disagree encourages engagement.
At this point Trump & USA are essentially the same.
The heart's already there & completes a multitude, so staring heart eyeballs aren't necessary.
I'd like to see this one personally, possibly in place of "agree", if that's now gone.

Wild tried that earlier and everything he uploaded was showing twice the size of the stock ones which doesn't make sense.
The new gay rating will be Richard Simmons (RIP). Give me time...
It's tough using a compressed image. They don't scale down well at all. I'm searching for vector files so I can bring them to size perfectly if possible. I think we got lucky with the screaming liberal because the cutout makes a unique, noticeable shape.
