I've got:

Hulu w/Disney + & ESPN +
Peacock
Paramount +

I have prime and Netflix but subscribing to both outside North America so paying less than $10 USD a month combined. My internet is also $15 a month. So 25 total.

Netflix
Hulu/Disney+/espn+
Prime
HBO Max
Apple TV

I had Apple TV free for 3 months and keep forgetting to cancel it. HBO Max was some sort of deal too, but I forget exactly. Like paying for cable again.

Netflix
Prime
Disney+
Hulu live

If you are still on cable, I highly recommend Hulu live with unlimited devices, it's like 79 a month. We use it across 9 different tv's with no issue.

Hulu and Netflix. We have a antenna for local channels. Also free internet TV. Such as Pluto.

Netflix and Discovery+. My daughter subscribes to Prime, Peacock, and Hulu. We share them all.

I'd drop Netflix but my daughter and granddaughter use it quite a bit. I'll keep Discovery+ if for no other reason that MotorTrend TV has been rolled into it. I'll use Peacock for some WWE stuff and IndyCar & Motocross.

I also subscribe for premium youtube since they went apeshit on adblockers.

I also have SiriusXM (though I should cancel it) and Spotify (which I love).

Unfortunately, I have pretty shit internet service where I live. If I didn't, I'd see about finding someone with a high quality private tracker torrent invite, get a couple-few massive hard drives, and see about downloading anything & everything I could want for posterity.

There is too much fuckery with streaming apps.

For instance, the show First 48 has something like 20+ seasons, yet Discovery+ only has 4-5 on their app. And they don't have any Monster Garage or Motorcylce Manias. Someone told me that one of the apps (don't know which one) has an altered version of the pilot of The Shield. The original ended plaing a full version of Kid Rock's "Bawitdaba", but since so many of the usual suspects don't like him now, the app was playing a version with a different song in its place.

A few weeks ago, I was listening to Big & Rich on Spotify, and one of their songs has them literally saying "bad word" instead of cursing, as it was a funny lyric. Spotify edited / silenced the words "bad word". lol seriously? I've heard it's possible that in the future, streaming apps won't avail the song "Fat Bottomed Girls" by Queen since it's "insensitive" to "modern audiences" and such.

I'd rather just compile my own library of all this so I have it.

My internet connection now is just so slow that it doesn't make any sense to attempt it.

Look into Starlink if it's available in your area, very happy with it.

Yeah, I need to. I looked it up a while back and it wasn't here, yet.

I've really been wanting to start creating my own library for a while.

We have it at our cabin and the speeds are better than my commercial spectrum account. Only downside is you have to buy the equipment.

I highly recommend Drogon.tv. You get basically every PPV, pretty much every sporting event and a lot more. No more hunting for rivers.

Is it all just live? Or can you go back and watch stuff on-demand after the fact.

I have several sites I stream tv / movies from, but they often don't have stuff that's not overly popular (think like things you might see on Discovery, Animal Planet, older tv shows, especially sports / racing, etc).

Prime, Netflix, and Discovery.

Prime is of course included with the delivery service, though I will say they often have the better movies (their shows fuckin suck though).

Netflix. I would love to drop it but the kid has a couple of shows we let her watch that are only on that platform.

Discovery we have because its cheap and the wife and kid like the cooking shows. I sometimes pull up the nature stuff on there as well.

We had Hulu but cancelled it. Seemed to me their collection is pretty stale. Once Mayans and Snowfall ended, I never once pulled it up. Plus I dont want anything to do with Disney platforms where I can avoid it.

I do have Pluto on my PS5 which I primarily use to watch Star Trek.

It’s mostly live stuff, but there is a vod section, which I’ve never used. Bunch of past sporting content and stuff like that. I screen captured the first page of past events, appears to scroll down infinitely.IMG_0206.png
