Isn't this the Chinese spyware brand that was banned ?

Lol, what phone isn't loaded with Spyware. I guess it's more patriotic to let your own country spy on you than some foreigners.

The problem I have is the quality. The Koreans make much better electronics.

I can imagine how handy a fanny pack would actually be. I'm gonna work on making them acceptable in society.

Just need to market them right, use the right buzzwords "Tactical EDC gear waist rucksack"

Here comes MY billion dollars!!!

Good point
Not so sure. There is a big difference between agreeing to TOS and/or a manufacturer complying with a law enforcement request and a hostile foreign nation building a phone to harvest the data in secret and without your consent.

This Overton Window way of thinking is exactly why we are where we are today. Well its happening anyway so fuck it. Its a faulty way to think and just allows the buttfucking to continue and increase in intensity.

It was an eye rolling comment to anyone with half a brain. Both are wrong but one is way worse and is a breach to everyone in this country's national security not just privacy. Electronic warfare.

This is the affordable Lamborghini that you can show off on the subway and bus to show that you're an elite status individual.

My point was there really isn't. If you think your own government and it's corporate parters aren't harvesting your data without your consent, you're living in a fantasy world.

That's why I drew a distinction and NP has further added to that.
