Well based off the video I would say criminal speed and evading would be qualifying offenses to remove someone from a vehicle, issue is she was already at a 10 when she approached the vehicle. Never start at a 10, you can never go down.

I would like to see the unedited video though. Dash cams show date/time/speed stamps, there is none in the video. Plus there is no radio traffic, I find it very hard to believe that an officer is in a chase and they are not calling it out over the radio giving location, especially when the vehicle finally stops.

100% agree. That dude was probably 5’5” and 150 lbs. If he was a little bit bigger she’d be fucked even if the woman still helped.
