She was probably on fire about something (on her phone) before she got into the accident and her behavior was a continuation of that.

Women in general have a very poor sense of responsibility for their actions. They can justify anything.

Those cops were not assertive enough.
She should've been arrested for DO within the first 2 minutes.
After fast forwarding to the end, I cannot even believe they let her go.
999/1000 that's an arrest.
