we're still going to require IDs for our election. we're a charter city that has already been told by the CA Supreme Court that we don't have to abide by shit like this from Sacramento. we were one of the cities that pushed the insane homeless edict by the 9th circuit court to the Supreme Court and won. we'll push this to the Supreme Court as well if we have to.
Tito got out of California and apparently moved to Florida. I think after his short career in politics and trying to deal with BLM in Huntington Beach he said fuck it and moved to a better state.
he still has a house in Huntington Harbor. his kids live here last I heard. he's doing what most do. move to a state with lower income taxes and still keep a house where you used to live in CA.
that's the plan for my wife and I. when my youngest gets done with college we're going to probably end up in Vegas or outside Missoula on 30-40 acres. make sure we meet the 183 day minimum to keep the tax benefits and just enjoy the best of both worlds.
Not widely understood that the citizenship requirement for fed elections is just a federal law, not constitutional, so the dems can kill it if they get control.
