SO....The Pats defense lost Judon to a contract dispute and they traded him.
They lost Christian Barmore for the season with blood clots
They lost their defensive Captain and playcaller, Ja'Whaun Bentley for the season
Kyle Dugger is hurt but apparently "dodged a bullet" for a long term injury...he was out last week.
Anfernee Jennings is hurt, their other decent Linebacker.

On offense, lools like htey just lost their center and long time captain Mark Andrews for the season.
Kendrick Bourne has been hurt all year and hasn't played.

It's amazing when a team that is already thin on talent, has significant injuries to the key guys that actually DO have talent.

I think you mean David Andrews.

But I'm sure Baltimore would answer the call if you wanted to send a 1st for Mark Andrews.

I saw a funny vid about the NFL fining players for mimicking guns when celebrating on the field. Essentially J. Polk for the Pats got fined for using air guns. But the Pats also have dudes on the sidelines who fire muskets for every TD lol.

Yeah, the Minutemen. Someone got fined for shooting an imaginary bow and arrow a week or so ago. Forget who.

You also have Military planes do fly overs and lots of Military tributes on field and in the entire theme of the NFL (that the NFL pays them to do, btw)
BUt some guy does a gunslinger pantomime on the field and he gets fined 40k or whatever
The NFL is too big to fail, because if it wasn't, the total morons who run it would have bankrupted it by now

Personally i think they need to start throwing fines to any player who has a celebration that copies the first down signal.

It's lame, unoriginal, has been done 1 million times, and no one ever thought you were cool doing it.

I always assumed the first down signal was more of a fuck you to the opponent than a celebration, especially if they just took a big hit.

To me it's about keeping the energy up. I still hear in my head when sitting at home "FIRST DOWN!!!" when it's converted.

I bet the players still have that aswell.

I think he will be one and done
Raiders coaching carrousel will continue

I believe there is some fraud in his legal background as well outside of football, real estate maybe.
His wife got scammed out of like 20 million, some car dealership thing.

Yeah I don't see him lasting as a coach either, a buddy rah rah guy will only take you so far. Raiders needed a good X's and O's guy, preferably offensive. Harbaugh would've been good for them.
