Yeah, that thing has worked harder than any residential use for over a decade. You were probably in the bonus rounds for a year. You have hard water?
No, I actually posted about in the forum when we did the install 2012/2013, I wanted to use the tank from the old one to make a smoker, never did get to that project.

Full staff of Mexicans. The only washed hand is the dishwasher!
No Mexicans here hermano. Just Guatemalans that work at the dairy farms in the area. They do come in quite often to get fajitas though for dinner, which is nice. And we even use teres major for our steak, seems they have a highly tuned palate for good fajita meat unlike some people I know.

I remember.
Thats back when we had 2 solutions to everything- make a hidden gun safe or turn it into a smoker, lol.
Simpler times.

Just gonna buy and install a new one from the home improvement store?
Naw, my neighbor is a HVAC mechanic, retired last year, he does all my work and get's good discounts from HVAC suppliers, was able to pick up a Rinnai rated for commercial use for 1495, got it mounted, now working on the connections, I think they forgot the vent install kit though.

Against health code, need hot water for washing hands.
Health code, shmelth code. Take $10 out of petty cash, send your dishwasher to CVS to buy a pack of baby wipes, put 'em on the counter & problem solved.

Easy-peasy-OSHA-squeezy.

Beef skirt is the only fajita. Peppers and onions do not make chicken magically into "fawheetus".

All fixed. Had to fuck around with the programming, it's preset for 120 degrees, fuck that, we need higher temps.
