So, you're all going to assume he's guilty because you don't like his political leanings? What's up with that?

C'mon, if it were some pro-Trump artist like Kid Rock or Jason Aldean who was accused you'd all be labeling the woman as an opportunist liar looking for a payday & slut-shaming her.

So, why not wait until Brooks has his day in court before calling him a rapist?
No, I said he's always been creepy.

Because it doesn't happen this way often. The left froths at the mouth at any signs of a celeb leaning right. It takes decades of towing the line and deceit for a left leaning celeb to be exposed and when it all comes out it is a wretched sight to behold. And not a single one of them will ever expose the whole industry of human trafficking that goes on. It's a suicide recycle factory and everyone knows it at this point.

Why wait 5 years to make the claim?
This always puzzles me. And wasn't the whole "me too" movement still going on then? So...silence when the entire world was pointing out their abusers in Hollywood, but now is the time to air it out?

I have no idea what happened - but the timing is a little weird.

All the articles say "former" makeup artist. Maybe she got fired and this is retaliation? And it either did happen or she's making it up for a payday now that she's out of the industry?

Either way...the story of "he held me upside down by my ankles" is a touch unbelievable when you look at Garth's physique.

"Hurr durr believe all women!"
She says she has text messages and recorded phone calls. Who knows what they say though. Some things are mentioned in the court filing, but nobody has seen the actual messages or confirmed they are from Brooks.

He's still creepy though.

This whole thing was weird as hell, SNL even tried to make it seem they weren't the same people.

Yeah, it was a big flop that never allowed Brooks to fulfill his vision for the project. The release of the Chris Gaines album was supposed to lead into a film called THE LAMB. They had it all planned out for 1999 & 2000. But the public either laughed it off or they were completely indifferent about it. The Garth Brooks fans found it too odd & didn't buy the album & it didn't attract any new fans. Even the television special that was broadcast the same day as the album was released tanked in the ratings. So, almost immediately, the studio that was going to bankroll the movie pulled the plug & within a couple of months you could find piles of the Chris Gaines CD in the bargain bins & flea markets. Lol.

Couple of reasons. One, some victims are afraid of losing their jobs and being blackballed from the industry. Second, and more likely, I think victims are/were scared shitless to come forward because they've seen how powerful Hollywood & the music industry can be. Look at Diddy. Why didn't Justin Beiber, Usher, and many more of his victims come forward? Probably because they've seen numerous people disappear or be killed, while police, judges, DA's who have been paid off look the other way (Tupac, Biggie being just two high profile examples).

But with Epstein being taken down first. And now someone coming forward & Diddy being arrested, victims see that they can come forward and be protected, while the perpetrators are held accountable.

Thank Trump for all of it. He waged war on human sex trafficking and all of this is a result of that. Think Biden's FBI, DOJ, District Attorneys are going after all of these people? Please. Shit is happening behind the scenes and has been for the last 8 years.

Timing is everything too. Just my 2 cents.
