Does Rountree have any grappling credentials at all?
I think it had to have crossed their mind. Even Alex seemed to become careful about where and how he was hitting him in those final 10-20 seconds, he knew he was done for. The ref probably could have stopped it as well.

Good point that Alex’s chin is much better without the cut to 185 taking that high kick.
I wonder what this says about Dricus’s chances though? He also has some good wrestling and grappling.
