I'd be 3/4 of the way up and my wife would be calling to tell me she forgot something and asking if I could run home and get it for her when I got down.
There is a climb with footholds like that in Red River Gorge that I've done. Nowhere near as high - but a fall could definitely fuck you up.
Made it up easily enough. Found a different way to go down because it didn't feel safe.
The only part of this climb I'd have an issue with is the vert section the climber got to right before the video cut out. And then going down - I'd want no part of that.

This is the climb I did at Red River Gorge, KY
You can kind of see the footholds in the picture. The route is called Indian Staircase. Great hike.
It's a popular hike but no longer marked on the official RRG guidebook. I think they had too many falls.
