Not at all. Not enough playmakers at RB & WR, and their QB play is too inconsistent.
Getting harder to blame a HC for being a bad HC when you don't let him be a HC.

Should have just fired him last year then.
He had already proven to be a subpar HC by the end of last season.
This season wasn't his fault, but he started the year on the hot seat and lost 2 straight including one at home to the broncos and a rookie QB.
Last season? The year his starting QB played only 4 snaps?

If Rodgers was going to be the reason he was gonna be a winner as a HC then he shouldn't be there in the first place. 11-23 after 2 seasons is not HC material.
The only reason he wasn't fired after those first two seasons was probably the hope that Rodgers was gonna "save them"...which he hasn't in either season to date.
The guy just doesn't win enough games, with or without ARrodger.
I do agree he was handicapped the last year or so, but that is only because he was a dead duck coach going into those seasons...lucky to get those paychecks IMO.
He will be a good DC again, like some many DC to HC hires before him.

Firing a HC after 2 years who...
-He didn't draft his QB in Zach Wilson
-didn't get to pick his OCs
-wanted to keep one of them that was picked for him in Lafleur but was over ridden so he was fired anyways
-Inherent one of the worst pass defenses in history where they didnt have 1 single DB drafted sooner than the 5th round
That's what he had to deal with in those 2 years.

Lots of guys only get two years regardless of roster, that is the base of my opinion.
Saleh probably just isn't a good head coach is my take, and I could be wrong.
Felt like he didn't make them better and it was time to move on...they they got Rodgers, and nothing changed with him on IR or on the field.
That said I do think the Jets can win 10 games this year, with or without Saleh.
