I would guess that he is referring to Isreal vs Iran, not Ukraine. He has been somewhat restrained in Ukraine and they've lost over half a million men in combat. If Isreal makes a major hit on Iran Russia will be obligated to fuck shit up. And they don't have the men to spare either. So it pretty much becomes a massive air strike, and then America will have to admit that we are war and start pressing buttons.
