Yeah, at least three of the last 4 punches appeared to be to the back of the head. I think the ref could have stopped it before those punches were even thrown, though.

One of the strongest damaging punches was directly back of head before he was rocked.
I have no problem with it, not a fan of that rule.

I'm not swayed by Dan Hardy yelling he's knocked out, especially when you can clearly see he is still holding his hand up to defend the left side of his face.

Hardy is almost always Mr. premature, but there may have been a flash KO before the one that stopped the fight. You can see him drop his hand momentarily after one of the shots, but it also looks like it could have been his attempt at giving the ref a thumbs up, which would have been absolutely retarded with someone like Frank on your back hammering away at your head. The end result was the same with a little more brain damage for Ferreira.
