This is gonna be an unpopular opinion but this in itself does not bother me at all. In fact in a perfect would I want my players coming out when tired. However it was done at a very bad time because it was an important 3rd down. That's when they needed him the most.Your franchise QB, ladies and gentleman. As the saying goes "fatigue makes cowards of us all". He said he was running around a lot and it's true. He was running a lot and he got tired. Also playing tired increases yours chances of getting hurt and he has a history of not finishing games. As a teammate or coach I would want him to make that choice if he is tired. I put much of the blame on coaching as they didnt moniter his fatigue levels and were not giving him breaks with enough run plays. Going forward I dont think this will be an issue as the staff mostly likely will do a better job at monitoring his energy levels.
I would be also no teammate is mad at him as they would rather him not risk the injury. You can only redline for so long no matter who you are and WRs-RBs-Defenders check themselves out all the time if they get tired.

Arguably worse is that he is too stupid to lie about something like that. Couldve just said soreness in arm, or hand affecting his ability to throw. Nobody would be able to verify if he's feeling pain or not.
