I think of fortnite I think of 12 years old playing it, I'm not sure what the angle here is unless I'm off base on that.
Micro-Wiggy (my 7-year old granddaughter) watches a bunch of kids' stuff on youtube.
(There's about a zillion channels that make content specifically aimed at younger kids.)
She is not signed into any account and uses youtube as a "guest". But all she watches is kids stuff.
Since she isn't signed in, she, as you might expect, has to sit through a bunch of ads.
The number of Kamala ads I hear being served up to her on youtube via kids videos is astounding. No exaggeration.
Typically there are two ads at a time (sometimes just one if it's longer). And I'd say at least one ad out of every 5-6 times she's shown ads is for Kamala.
On the flip side, she's never ONCE (that I've heard) been shown a Trump ad. In fact, she's never been shown ANY other political ad. Just Kamala.
Now, if this was just Kamala spending a fuck ton of $$$ on youtube ads, and youtube placing them wherever they have excess room, that'd be one thing. But the fact that SO. FUCKING. MANY. Kamala ads are shown on kids videos (and I'm not talking teenagers or older kids...this is stuff for elementary school kids...middle school at most) is...
...weird.
The *only* outside reasoning I can come up with is they're trying to target stay-at-home moms or whatever that are watching their kids / have youtube on for their kids.
But that seems like a stretch. Especially since it's ONLY Kamala ads - no other politician at any level.
