4th time in 5 years Raiders have made an in season change at coordinator or head coach.

Word around town is he has all the talent in the world but his PT has been limited because he isn't attentive in meetings and has yet to master the playbook.
Entitlement is a disease. He best cure himself of that attitude quickly before he finds himself on the outside looking in.

It's a job that he's compensated for quite generously. I don't doubt that it can be mind-numbing at times - but I think I'd muscle through it given what I was being paid.
Remember how when playing schoolyard football, in the huddle the QB would "draw" out the route he wanted each reciever to run with his finger on the palm of his hand?

Joe Brady makes a lot of sense for NO as a HC. However it only makes sense for Joe Brady if they give him the whole Dan Campbell style of run way. They would need to let him lose for 2ish seasons before he gets judged at how good of a job he's doing.
That's because this roster is both old and not good. Still though no HC is gonna turn that ship around without the GM willing to have a change in philosophy which I doubt happens at this point.
