Feel like shit for a couple daysI don't know what I'd do without having my circadian rhythm fucked with twice a year...
We voted against it in 2018, yet still no change. I'll believe it when I see it.next year in california
The sleep change doesn't bother me at all. What a bunch of pussies. I work 7 on 7 off overnights and you guys are whining about an hour fucking up your sleep
More than that, it fucks up how much daylight people have after work to get shit done, one example would be deer season just opened, a lot of people don't have time to go out after work because it is getting dark at 4:30, that extra hour could give people more time to get out into the woods. What a bunch of pussies. My seasonal depression went away when I found an outdoor sport in the winter. It turned out it was from being inside because it was cold that caused it, not the light change.More than that, it fucks up how much daylight people have after work to get shit done, one example would be deer season just opened, a lot of people don't have time to go out after work because it is getting dark at 4:30, that extra hour could give people more time to get out into the woods.
Then there is also seasonal depression, that extra hour of sunlight while people are awake instead of sleeping can have an impact on peoples mental health, especially for kids that don't get up till 7 am when it is light out without DST.

It's the one that sucksThe time we are on right now I think is the "correct" time. I might be wrong.
100% this. I grew up ice fishing and as a rebellious teen got away from it. Started again in my mid 20s and by the time I was 30 I had gone full bore autistic mode with it, getting out every single chance I could. Not only does it help with the seasonal depression thing, you get in good shape too. Winter activities are typically more difficult, both mentally and physically, taking a lot of effort and willpower. My seasonal depression went away when I found an outdoor sport in the winter. I swear 80% of deer hunters do it to get drunk with the boys on Friday night, hunt half shit-faced Saturday morning, and never go back out again. This Saturday the woods near me will be a warzone and then I will have it almost to myself in many areas the rest of the season.More than that, it fucks up how much daylight people have after work to get shit done, one example would be deer season just opened, a lot of people don't have time to go out after work because it is getting dark at 4:30, that extra hour could give people more time to get out into the woods.

Yeah, but you have to know where you are to know what time it is in some areas. If you’re in a town that is partially on a reservation they recognize DST. I spent a couple of days in Holbrook 30 years ago and could literally lose or gain an hour by crossing the street.AZ doesn't observe it the only difference is cable shows will be be on an hour later.
