I am also in favor of DST year-round, and most of the country is in favor of it. The problem is the federal government can't pass it, so the states can make their own decision. While at it, we probably don't need four time zones and could get away with three. Keep hitting up your federal government officials. I tell them I won't vote for an incumbent until this is fixed.
