I mean, I'm glad they're still large, but it seems like a bit of a sin to get a reduction just to have smaller tits. If it is a health related thing, it is still sad for multiple reasons, but understandable.

My wife went through it due to back issues, when we had the consult I looked the doctor in the eye and said these better come out looking like a 19 year old's. They did, was still weird for a while though.

I don't even think it's that. American women are so fucking fat that any thin woman is instantly oversexualized regardless of their actual looks or sexual appeal.
