You mean theory.

It's amazing to me, the power of psychological operations.
Most governments, corporations & businesses are conspiracies.
You put "wild" or "crazy" in the front, & "theory" at the back, and all of a sudden the mindless sheep think someones eating paint.

'Discrimination' is another word weaponized.

In Britain, the main opposition party is always referred to as a "shadow" government. The ruling party has their cabinet ministers (the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Defence Secretary etc.) and the opposition party has their "shadow cabinet" which is just a list of those who would hold the relevant positions if they were in power.

It doesn't mean a secret government acting against the real one, and is commonly referred to in the media.

If this is being referred to in public, I have a feeling that's what it's about.

All I need to read, we risked everything in order to not be like them and not give a fuck about what they do.
Anytime anything we're doing resembles something they do its a giant red flag that we're on the wrong track.
Lighten up, Francis.

Simply to say that someone saying "shadow government" in a public statement is probably talking about something fairly mundane, rather than admitting to a secretive treasonous organisation.

Or you could clean off your filter and realize they don't mean what you want them to mean.

Bias goes both ways. When someone is telling you who they are you should believe them until proven otherwise.

It's my go to whenever people argue for the government as if they are on the same team. It's not red vs blue, it's them(govt) vs us. Always has been, always will be. Communism didn't happen overnight.

Politicians should fear the people, not the other way around. Covid should have lit a fire under us all and united us to stand against the tyranny. They took down small businesses, halted our childrens' education, abandoned our elderly and halted healthcare regardless of your political standings. So, this guy shouldn't even be using words like shadow government and I'm not attacking the 1st. I believe in that strongly but words have consequences and he should fear those consequences (Buentello reference nailed).
