The mere size of that basement is amazing. Judging by the look of the guy and his interests, he either made his fortune in construction or he won the lottery.

Fuck that, I will take the unfinished basement, the up keep on all that shit has to be insane, I barely find the time to do maintenance on my guns, tractor and 4 wheeler.

I'd rather just go pitch a tent on the side of the lake for a week then deal with all that.

But I'm old.

I was thinking I could sheetrock the insulation. Paint the exposed blocks. Then paint the concrete floor. Give it a sort of industrial look. Can't be too expensive.

I like it, you will have the whole eastern europe hostel mass killer vibe going, can hang some chains from the ceiling, car battery with jumper cables, etc
