General Dude wants refund at Whore House

Just walk. It’s not worth it. The fines, which are bullshit anyway (.I’m not going to detail it) and the punishment, isn’t worth it
The full video is on YT. I watched it earlier. He did walk away without a refund because he wouldn't fill out the form. Although, he walked straight to his car and started it up. He was arrested for DUI.
And this is how people talk themselves into going to jail when they don't have to.
I was serving a protection order to a man in his home that was going through a divorce. I went over it with him which included that he could not be at the residence and asked him if he understood, he said he did.
I said well, we got 15 minutes, let's grab some of your stuff so we can get out of here.
Nope, not leaving.
Excuse me?
I'm not leaving my home, she can leave.
I explained that wasn't the way it works, you have to leave or you are going to jail.
Take me to jail then.
He was 76 years old and it was a Friday on a holiday weekend, he would have sat in jail till Tues to see a judge. I told him county was no place for him to be.
I was able to finally talk him into packing some bags and called his son to come pick him up.
I was telling my Sarge about it later that day and he said he would have just arrested him and taken him to jail, I was kind of shocked and lost some respect for him over that.

Sounds like a scam. Fill out this form and put something illegal on it and sign it.
Forgive me, I'm not putting the words down right. They are both trying to get him to write down what he expected to happen in there meaning sex isn't guaranteed and somehow writing that down disqualifies him from any refund.
That makes sense.
For 200 bucks I would have walked anyways.
When the cops showed up I would walk.
