Part of it is bad roster decisions.

Howard should never have been brought in. They have absolute studs at QB sitting on the bench at 3rd and 4th string. I can only assume Devin Brown keeps his QB2 spot because he has nude pics of Ryan Day.

I think they realized how pedesteian Howard was about 5 or 6 games into the season and they just vanilla'd the fuck out of the playbook. Or maybe they realized he was retarded when he let the clock expire against Oregon.

But in-game coaching is garbage, and you can't lose multiple games in a row to TTUN and expect to keep your job.
