I just caught the re-cap of LA Knight and Nakamura. Bummed the ending got spoiled. Looked like a good one.

Jimmy Uso broke a toe during his splash but isn’t expected to miss time. Bronson Reed injured one or both of his ankles depending on who you believe when he pulled an Edge coming off the top of the cage.

Reed is getting his legs MRI’d today. Apparently the spot was planned to take him out for the remainder of the match anyway so it didn’t affect the match.

What I dont get... is why not do the spot as a senton instead of a splash? Your far less likely to get hurt taking that as a back bump.

Reed doing that spot was bound to get hurt because of how he does his normal splash - he lands feet first, then his knees a fraction of a second later, then this torso. It's almost more of a "worm" than it is a "splash".

Any dude that heavy jumping from that high landing on his feet in any manner is gonna get hurt.
