"Today, I signed a pardon for my son Hunter," Biden wrote in a statement. "From the day I took office, I said I would not interfere with the Justice Department’s decision-making, and I kept my word even as I have watched my son being selectively, and unfairly, prosecuted."

Uhhh...

NBC interrupted the NFL broadcast to break the news. I think this only applies to the charges that were pending. He can still get wrapped up in some trouble under Trump's administration.
I appreciate that. Still, I bet Biden doesn't have to answer more than 3 questions on this.

Also, if he's unfit to be president how is he fit to pardon?

If he pardons Hunter now, just imagine who he's going to pardon just before he leaves office, which is when presidents typically pardon all the well-connected scumbags.

She will pretend it never happened or justify it with some BS
"So listen, here is the thing, and you and I have talked, you know our stance, you know our position, we have talked about this many times, and here is what I can/cant say...."

It will be something like that. She has the same way of phrasing answers to tough questions.

Several lawyers on TV said that in protecting Hunter, Biden may have sold his partners out. He didn't just pardon him for the crimes he committed but for all federal crimes he committed in an 11-year period. That means he can't claim the Fifth and can be compelled to testify in any cases involving his partners. Assuming the Trump Justice Department prosecutes them.

I thought the timing is odd, usually you do shit like this as you exit the position.
My roommate said he thinks they're still trying to push him out early so kamala can have a month as 1st lady boss, so that explains the timing.

He will just say I was on drugs and don't remember. Politicians have used the I don't recall for years and it always works
