Yep, it's basically a fresh balsamic pickle, longer it sits it gets better

I'm not a fan of dressed salads, oil on salad is just disgusting to me.

3rd and 4th ones look really nice though, in fact the 3rd is pretty much how I make a tuna pasta salad, minus the sesame seeds.

• Paprika
• Cucumber
• Spring onion

Interesting. I've never done more than a quick pickle in the fridge and then toss them on a salad or just on the plate as a little garnish/side.

I thought I already cracked the code, lol. Gotta try a couple of these.

My cucumber salad includes lime, tajin, chamoy, and about 15 beers and even more mejeeCANs.

I use the same base but instead of (garlic, parmesan, balsamic vinegar and olive oil) I go with garlic, pepper, olive oil, some kind of vinegar, fresh lemon juice and dill weed.
