I think they gave up on winning after Winston’s third INT. He wasn’t doing shit out there so they took a flyer on the backup because fuck it.
Jamies can still rip it for 50/50sI think they gave up on winning after Winston’s third INT. He wasn’t doing shit out there so they took a flyer on the backup because fuck it.
I would have played for the win, who cares if he throws another pick. It might be a TD or an INT.Lol, dude he was fucking awful today. There was nothing going on during that game that would give anyone even the slightest indication he was about to pull off a comeback.
And I dont think anyone thought DTR was gonna win it either, but fuck it give him some field time for kicks before Winston sets a single game record for picks.
True, we have a game on the 21st and on Christmas Day. I feel like we had a similar stretch a couple years ago where we had 3 games in 11 days or something. It seems a poor choice by the NFL.Mahomes got the shit kicked out of him today. Gonna be limping and clenching ribs heading into the playoffs.
And who knows how much of a pounding he'll take up the ass tonight.Mahomes got the shit kicked out of him today. Gonna be limping and clenching ribs heading into the playoffs.
I know you aren't saying that mid is hot. Are you saying she's tucking?
I swear you guys don't watch football. The Chiefs do very little more than just enough to win. It's the fomula they have been using for a long time now. They get away with it because they are great at closing. Everything they do is about being clutch. Making no mistakes at the end when it is time to put it away. Does it always work? No, but they have plenty of stuff nobody has seen coming for the playoffs in clutch time. That win these games so often. It's not a coincidence. They aren't lucky. It's the plan. Mahomes could rack up 50 TD's and lose in the playoffs but he wants rings. Not one fuck was give that he didn't win MVP last year, nor this year, nor ever again. He wants RINGS. Meanwhile the greatest regular season QB that ever lived is leading the Ravens and they haven't won fuck all.So I was out working most of the day and didn't watch much football.
Am I seeing that correctly?
A 3-10 team had 6 turnovers and only lost to a 12-1 team by 2 TDs?
How does that fucking happen?
Why the fuck would they plan to play close games instead of comfortably coasting to an easy 10+ pt victory?I swear you guys don't watch football. They don't do it on purpose.I swear you guys don't watch football. The Chiefs do very little more than just enough to win. It's the fomula they have been using for a long time now. Correct. They don't do it on purpose.
That commercial is pissing me off, I have to mute itCorrect.
The fact is they are mid as shit.
And on way too many commercials.
And the only NFL personality more annoying than their still-in-the-closet QB is their nerdy fucking walrus looking head coach.
The least annoying thing about this team is the fact that Taylor Swift likes them.
The Chiefs jumped the shark about 2 fucking years ago. They just don't know it yet. That commercial is pissing me off, I have to mute it
Dude is a brilliant coach but I don't want to hear him do a scripted line a few hundred times
Team is so cringey overall
If you haven't noticed, they always seem to have an answer when it counts, and even when they are behind in the playoffs. Their opponents never do. The Chiefs know damn good and well what the opposition likes to do when they need a first or a TD. The losing teams are always surprised when the Chiefs pull it out at the end. That is absolutely intentional. Now if they approached games like the one they played today the same way they did the Superbowl, then they would for sure rack up big numbers and crushing victories, but they do not. They don't have to go all out to make the playoffs. They don't do it on purpose.

It's not that they play down, they just don't use all the tools they have until they really need them. We can agree to disagree, I suppose.they are amazing
but they aren't playing down to opponents
in scheme or in effort
that isn't how elite competitors operate in the NFL
