I have no idea how Britain made that marketing material work, but it's amazing that people still buy it.
It didn't happen in a century.. It happens in less than half a century. UK was 99%+ white British until a few decades ago.

That is across the UK, England is less white than Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. Also minorities are concentrated in certain areas.. There are lots of villages still 99% white in UK, some smaller cities still 90%+ white, and yes obviously cities like London and Birmingham that are hovering around 50-55% white people (didn't look this up but I think they're somewhere around there).
I went down to visit my sister and nephews in South Wales at the weekend. We visited a place about 5 miles from where I was staying, and they had a Christmas fayre which we walked around.
