The key findings regarding illegal acts by Representative Matt Gaetz are:
The report concludes there was substantial evidence that Gaetz violated state laws related to prostitution and statutory rape, as well as federal and House rules related to gifts, misuse of official resources, and obstruction of the investigation.
- From at least 2017 to 2020, Gaetz regularly paid women for engaging in sexual activity with him. 2. In 2017, Gaetz engaged in sexual activity with a 17-year-old girl, which would constitute statutory rape.3. From 2017 to 2019, Gaetz used or possessed illegal drugs, including cocaine and ecstasy, on multiple occasions.
- Gaetz accepted gifts, including transportation and lodging for a 2018 trip to the Bahamas, in excess of permissible amounts under House gift rules.
- In 2018, Gaetz arranged for his Chief of Staff to assist a woman he had a sexual relationship with in obtaining a passport, falsely indicating she was a constituent.
- Gaetz knowingly and willfully sought to impede and obstruct the House Ethics Committee's investigation into the allegations against him.

Gaetz looks completely creepy, but this also looks completely like a deep state smear job. Have they looked into the shakedown of his father or why the FBI won't release any of the tapes that have to do with the shakedown of his father? Or did they only look at the material created for the shakedown, but material that apparently was not used in the court of law?

one thing i have learned over the last few years is that ethic violations mean nothing. Trudeau has had so many ethics violations that he eventually just removed the ethics commissioner and raw dogged it for a year or so. he eventually appointed his fathers old buddy konrad von finklestein as the new commissioner and all the violations stopped
