Definitely kill them. Aside from the fact that these day's they usually go into PC . And even if not they would probably half enjoy the sick shit sexualy performed on them.
The main reason they should be publicly executed is the shere cost of inprisoning the fucks. It would cost literally millions of dollars. I think it costs about $100k a year per prisoner.
