General Favorite western?

Honest assessment is that it's just a time killer. Not horrible exactly, just meh. It's like they couldn't ever figure out what the relationship was supposed to be which led to a pretty disjointed narrative.

There isn't a single scene that I can recall, and I watched it 6 days ago.

Thought it stunk.

For years I avowed that Lonesome Dove was the greatest thing that had ever been on TV. I had to modify that to greatest fiction after Band of Brothers came out.

Wyatt Earp is a far superior movie, tombstone is better as an action flick, I love them both and have both movie posters hanging side by side in my restaurant on my cowboy wall.
