You realize it's usually scum bags stealing the formula to resell it, not feed their starving child. Fuck outta here. You have to be a troll. No one is this stupid.
As a parent with a young kid, and someone who knows many parents with young kids. This is the first I've ever heard of the nefarious baby formula black market.
4.3 billion in stolen baby formula in 1 year is a serious problem, it's not from poor parents who can't feed their kids

Maybe there’s some sort of solution for the store, get the gubbermint to reimburse them for stolen formula.
Or maybe get the government to start enforcing laws already on the books & punishing theft again?
Its always been high on the theft scale actually.
The people that steal babyfood are the same ones that leave diapers in parking lots and the same people that lose their children to the streets or the system, yet somehow always have cellphones, giant TVs, and cigarettes.
I'd say that maybe 1% of people that steal formula are actually in a no other option scenario and of that 1% it's 90% that painted themselves into that corner.
Very little sympathy when help in those situations is literally just an ask away.
