I saw a rumor that they were dropping the $1M prize down to $500K. If that turns out to be true, I think it will be pretty impactful.
is don davis a fuckin idiot? i dont know the guy but he doesnt come across as being very competent . they combined 2 money losing companies and everything they touch turns to shit . maybe its just a bad run of luck but maybe they are just bumbling idiots

They should forget about the "season" format. Bellator to me was the superior organization (roster/fights), I can't believe it was swallowed up by PFL which no one really watches to this day. They inherited some great fighters might as well integrate them more in their cards.

Dude is a fktard and obviously nobody on the PFL team has any kinda knowledge of the history in which MMA.orgs have failed trying to pull this same schtick! I know first hand, I was on both the Inner workings of EliteXc having promoted the very first card they ever had, and many more.. Then signed a 3 fight deal with them, and my first fight ended up being my last fight and their last fight card EVER!
They like PFL went around buying other orgs. thinking they could kill 2 birds with 1 stone by taking other orgs out of the market and absorbing their Roster.. This not only was a financial disaster, it was a logistical nightmare.. It's like these fks don't think beyond the next impulsive choice that ends to being a costly decision... These suit wearing pussies have no idea to scale a fight organization coz this isn't a business that is anything like the 1s that have been done by them in the past.. You might wanna at least have a favorite fighter or watched the sport before you come into it trying to be Don Kinds fat white love child..
If Scott Coker couldn't turn a profit with Bellator wtf are these turds gonna do? You better have a TV deal, and many other sponsors on board with an actual business model that includes losing your ass the first few fiscal years, in order to get the Brand established and off the ground.. This company thought throwing a million bucks in a tournament would solve the problem and it didn't.. I'm very happy theres fighters getting paid that money but at the same time, they are stomping on millions of dollars to make pennies..I just hope their best guy Shamil Musaev makes the jump to the ufc so he can win the title and prove me correct.
