That is clickbait. No lawsuit has been filed. I don't think a case is there because she started out the segment saying "she thinks" several times before making some assertions. It would be argued that all statements made were opinions. This would also be in a New York court, no? Either way, no lawsuit has been filed (as of now) and no legal note that I can find has been read on their show (for this instance).
I was talking about Melania $100m, not her husband. The husband's lawsuit is legit. I saw it reported on a few outlet I trust.
What's so funny about this bitch is she's supposed to be the smart one. The lawyer. Yet she's the reason for half of the legal notes on their show.
