Apparently there are exemptions for out of state vehicles on emissions, and the only testing done was for "safety standards" to ensure they had brakes that worked, etc.
But how much of that is cover story, we'll just have to see...the local government has been lying to us so much over the past few days I'm not sure what to believe.
WHo cares if they have Brakes lol. Let em get down there and start pumping water and helping out.
Oregon isn't gonna send some shitty ass trucks down there that aren't up to spec and regularly maintained. Zero risk of any wildfires right now up here, I bet they sent some of the best trucks south to help.
