American podcaster Lex Friedman criticized Zelensky for using foul language about Putin during their joint interview.
"I gave the president every chance to demonstrate a willingness to negotiate, knowing that both Trump and Putin would be listening. I don't think he took that chance, and instead chose to say very harsh words about Vladimir Putin. Harsh words of disrespect, while powerful, can be detrimental to negotiations. Peacemaking in this situation requires compromise to avoid further death and suffering. And I believe that requires treating the other leader with the seriousness you expect from them. That's what I wanted," Friedman said.
