Somehow my utility room door got blown open last night during the storm, currently no hot water, no heat from the boiler in the restaurant. I hope they aren't frozen up and sprung a leak or I am going to be fucked out of 10,000 plus to replace them. Welcome to my TED talk about being a small business owner.

Got one of these running in it currently, everything in the room is pex, only concern is if the on demand or boiler froze up, boiler should be fine though because it recirculates.
