Little fukker - at least he did only one per car - must have been hired by a tire shop!
Someone tell me what people like offer society. Just one thing. I'm open to understanding why I shouldn't want them removed from it.

Our parents are all probably similar age. Do not put them in these situations with these people.
I've got a few friends that section 8 some of their rental properties. They often have to gut them and completely redo the interiors after some of the tenants move out, but the government pays on time and they still make a killing. Especially given then areas the properties are located in.
Back when I was in high school, one of my friend's moms owned a bunch of little houses in Lenoir City, TN. She'd rent them out to the illegals that work all over Loudon County at the various farms. She'd have a base rent price that was for up to 3-4 occupants and then it was an additional $100 a month for each additional occupant after that. She was making $2,000 a month off these houses that would have rented to $350-$450 a month at the time. She'd have to gut and redo them on a regular basis, too, but she made so much money it was absolutely worth it. She'd also drive by and check her houses to make sure more they weren't lying to her about the number of people living there. I'm sure some got away with it, but I don't think it was too many.
