Well, Go Bills.
I was lucky enough to be at that game. I gave us zero chance to win the Natty. Was still pretty low after the loss to TTUN. Everyone was. But they came out on fire and played outstanding football.
I do think they had the most talented roster in CFB. It will be interesting to see where all these seniors end up in the NFL next year.
Except for Jeremiah Smith.
I know where he'll be next year.

With the expanded playoffs I don't think we'll see many back to back champions; was hard enough before
I think this new format makes it easier as it allows for L's in the season.
But yeah - tons of seniors on this team. Will need to reload for sure. Lots of new faces with new opportunities.
Y'all will probably spend $25 million this year, way to contribute to ruining CFB asshole!

Ohio State finished 4th in the Big 10, no Conference Championship, and still comes home with the Natty.
They got hot at the right time. Team was a juggernaut in the CFP.
I'm on record as saying MLB needs a salary cap so it isn't so unfair for small market teams, but if they aren't going to put a cap on the NIL shit I hope the OSU boosters - and there are many of us - keep pumping money into this juggernaut.
I hope they spend $50 million next year.

A few years ago UGA had a player suspended because he was paid something like $1,200 to sign autographs. Tennessee fired a coach with cause due to $60k paid to players. Now guys can make $8 million a year. And odds are in a few years there will be some sort of CBA/price cap and guys will probably make a lot less than they are now
Just a difference in a few years either way determines so much about these guy's lives and opportunities

tOSU lost a coach because his players got free tattoos in exchange for autographs. The DOJ and FBI were involved in the investigation, and the Buckeyes had to vacate all wins that year. Lost a bunch of scholarships and were banned from post-season play for a season.
