I go to the giphy site itself and use the URL from there to post, gives me better selection.
I don't think giphy will ever have faggot options. You can upload small gifs directly from your device, or you can link any size gif from an image search.
Right click on the gif, or if you're on the phone tap and hold, and choose to copy the image's link, then post that link in this box...

My problem is most gifs I try to post - file size is too large
Also cannot post videos as attachments
This is a giphy/tenor problem, not the site.
I sometimes have to go to yandex to get decent gifs. All of the major search engines have filtered the good shit out because they employ a bunch of faggots.
Is this one PG enough for you OP?
They are so small I have to break out a magnifying glass just to try and read them!
Attachment limits are crazy low. I tried to post a 3 MB gif and it wouldn't let me. Pretty sure that can be tweaked though. 5 MB seems fair for gif. Video uploads would get too expensive in the long run.
