no one wants to work these jobs......for the lowball wage they pay illegals. pay a Whiteman a proper wage and someone is going to do it . i have ran in to this at my own job. first 2 years we had locals . we paid 23 bucks an hour to start. the company sold and we switched to mexicans and jeets thru the TFW program. they got minimum wage and have to work 6 days a week....plus the govt subsidizes their wages . these motherfuckers dont care about anything, leave the tools out in the field , could fuck up the most simple tasks etc . they say no one wants to do these jobs but who tf was doing them before we imported the entire third world?

they act like what trump is doing is unprecedented but right now they are doing like 2000 people a day . bill clinton deported 12 million people over 8 years . trump is on pace for 2.9 million over 4 years . they need to pick up the numbers and deport 10k a day or better

1. Mandatory eVerify in all 50 states for large and small businesses
2. Random workplace inspections/audits by ICE
3. Crippling fines to any business caught knowingly violating #1, jail time for owners or executives caught repeatedly violating.

Eliminate the pull factor or this shit is never going to stop. Any honest business will always be competing with one hand tied until the incentives for illegal labor don't outweigh the risks.

That you know of. Most illegals aren't going to tell you that they're illegal. What's your ethnicity looking like in your location(s)? Is it all white, mix, etc.?
