She didn't make it to the graduating class photo, lol. Made out with her in a stairwell one night after many margaritas on a rare night we had time to leave campus. Really stupid on my part but I regret nothing!

What you do in your own home is not our business, but this is unacceptable.

Body language looks awful guilty

Was he in the same bar watching them drink or something?
Appears to be a 1st amendment auditor, the video is creating a lot of heated discussion on an LEO forum. I say based off the body language and history, that he was intox.

What I am seeing right away.

Biggest clue I am getting is how nonchalantly he got out of the car while guy is in front of his cruiser yelling at him for almost 15 seconds and then smiling/smirking when confronted with the question if he was drunk while diverting eye contact. Touching his mouth, sucking in his lips, etc.

Doesn't seem a normal response to me. I would expect a SGT to hop out immediately as soon as he blocked the cruiser and confront him shutting him down.

Plus he didn't really say anything, just kept repeating himself with a thick speech. Which is another clue for a CNS depressant.

He got out so casually and acted nonchalant
Felt like he was trying to see if this was some undercover dude before telling him to leave

I didn't watch the whole video but how did he know they were wasted or had been drinking, it seems he had to know first or second hand that they had been boozing.
